I called at least 5 local plumbers because of a sewer problem. One said he'd be over in an hour. Another never answered. Another wanted $49 just to show up in my driveway, even though I'd already paid to have the line scoped and knew exactly where the problem was. The one that scoped it wanted WAY too much to repair the problem seen with the camera (which is why I was calling others). I called Key. Mr. Key was here within less than two hours, despite being busy elsewhere. At first, I thought I would have to find another because of his tight schedule, but he managed to get a trackhoe on its way to start digging first thing the next morning. Within 15 minutes, the trackhoe operator had the line exposed, even before Mr. Key got to site. But, just as he finished digging, Mr. Key drove up and started the repairs. By lunch time, the repairs were completed, and we were waiting for an inspector. Such response is the key to a service business. The best service I've had in a long time, and above all, I didn't feel the need to ask for identification and immigration status of his crew either. My hat's off to Mr. Key for a job well done, and done fast. I won't bother looking up any other plumbers the next time I need one, and if I can wait, I'll wait for Key Plumbing.
