Kevin has been practicing law in Idaho for 28 years, handling probates, wills, real estate and business law, guardianships and adoptions. Our office is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, with convenient access to both the business and commercial districts of Idaho Falls. Our office is on street level with a ramp for easy access.

We handle the probates of both large and small estates.

We are firm believers in simple, straightforward and easy to understand Wills and estate planning documents.

Our real estate practice emphasizes transactions. We prepare contracts for both buyers and sellers, and are experienced in helping clients negotiate real estate purchases and sales. We have a very good relationship with many of the top selling realtors in the Idaho Falls area. We also are experienced in helping people deal with the difficult problem of boundary disputes.

We are experienced in setting up both corporations and LLCs. We have a good relationship with several CPAs for those clients who need accounting advice or services in connection with setting up a new business.

A large area of our practice handles guardianships and conservatorships. This area involves the disabled, mental health, aging parents, and grandparents raising grandchildren. We consider ourselves one of the leading law firms in the Upper Snake River Valley in this field of law.
