Kessi’s experience includes managing, planning, design, and completion of a variety of civil engineering projects including as commercial site plans, rezones, planned unit developments, conditional use permits, and environmental, wetland, habitat, stream, and geotechnical related permitting projects in jurisdictions including Clark County, Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, Battleground, La Center, Cowlitz County, Scappoose, and St. Helens, Oregon. Kessi has been involved in helping obtain preliminary plat approval or final engineering approval for thousands of single-family residential lots.
