As a former partner/owner and director of engineering projects at a local 15 person civil engineering and land use planning firm for over 6 years, Kessi now offers his services on a more individual level. Kessi’s experience includes managing, planning, design, and completion of a variety of civil engineering projects including as commercial site plans, rezones, planned unit developments, conditional use permits, and environmental, wetland, habitat, stream, and geotechnical related permitting projects in jurisdictions including Clark County, Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, Battleground, La Center, Cowlitz County, Scappoose, and St. Helens, Oregon. Kessi has been involved in helping obtain preliminary plat approval or final engineering approval for thousands of single-family residential lots.
Kessi has also worked as a development engineer for both the City of Vancouver and Clark County, developing insider knowledge of public agencies staff and policies. Kessi can assist clients in selecting and managing sub-consultants specialists for project related traffic concurrency, environmental, wetlands, habitat, NPDES, legal issues, and shoreline permitting.
