Eschliman Engineering, Inc. a Professional Civil Engineering & Land Survey Firm founded in 1964, now working in affiliation with the Award Winning, Professional Land Survey of KESS & Associates, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa 50703, a firm founded in 1997 by Kirk D. Eshliman P.L.S. to offer Professional Service to the surrounding communities, and states. Now expanding to a second office in Boone, Iowa 50036. Now bringing over 80 years of licensed service between the two offices. Currently, we are Licensed Professional Land Surveyors in the states of Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. The Boone office also covers Civil Engineering through Dale R. Eschliman, P.E. & L.S. Providing a wide range of surveying services: Property/Boundary Surveys, Farm/Farmstead Surveys, Topographic Surveys, GPS Satellite Surveys, Subdivision & site development, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys (4 S.L.S.I. Awards), Tower Surveys, Utility/Route Surveys, Transportation Surveys, Mine Surveys (Surface & Sub-Surface Control Mapping), Ground Control for Aerial Mapping, Condominium Declarations, FEMA Certificates (both Elevation or Letter of Map Ammendment), Engineering Design Surveys, Construction Staking, Contract Quantity Measurements/Verification, Storm Water Detention and/or Pollution Prevention, Expert Witness Testimony, and Land Boundary Dispute Resolution.
