Great service and very happy with stove!

I just had bought a wood stove and had it installed by Kerns and everything went very smooth and they answered all my questions and concerns about the stove very well. The stove looks great and I am very happy with the service they provided me. Would recommend to anyone.

They don not want to come back to service your stove or redo what was installed incorrectly! They subcontract most of there work to differnt people all the time! After asking around since new to the area I found out just how bad it gets!

Was driving down 127 and saw the sign. Was in the market for a fireplace, so decided to check it out even though I was in the middle of the country. I could not believe the huge selection! No high pressure sale. Was able to browse at my leisure, and there was a ton of options to choose from.

Awesome experience. Anytime I had a problem, they were right there and answered my questions and if they didn't know the answer, they would find out and call me right back. I bought a spa and had a question, they had the manufacturer call me and explain things to me and then they followed up also to make sure that I got a answer to the question. I know I can pick up the phone anytime and they are right there to help. Highly Recommended!!!
Mainenance is terrible

I had a Kern's guys come out to look at my hot tub. He said he needed to order a part. I called three times to find out the status, and each time was told that they would give my number to the maintenanceguy and he would call me. I never received a phone call. I ended up calling Henson's and they came out and fixed it right away. I highly recommend shopping at Henson's. That, and Kern's sales guys remind me of used car hustlers.

Your website sucks. We were interested in different fireplaces and found your store closed on Sunday. Went to your on line site and found almost as much information as we did by going to your store, NOTHING. Why don't you show different models and mediams styles and prices.
