Best service bar none! Called for an appointment for a home visit. My call was answered after two rings by Andre who stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes instructing me to try several procedures to correct the problem. The problem was cleared and TV working perfectly again. I offered to pay for this help but instead was asked if I would make a comment. This the first time I have given a service provider a 5 star review!

Colorado Springs, CO 01/24/2011 Andre is the man for all your TV's repair needs, apparently he's been doing business in the neighborhood for many years. We moved into a new house in Woodland park and needed our Tv and Stereo fixed. He came out and gave us a estimate the next day we called. He even had everything he needed to fix it right then but we needed to discuss it with out landlord first and he just smiled with a no pressure attitude and said to call him when we were ready. We called him less than a week later and he was able to come out that same day. He fixed both Tv and Stereo in a few hours. His prices are reasonable and he offers a 30 day guarantee on all parts and labor.A few days after fixing our Tv, I thought our Computer wasn't working properly, so I called Andre and he said he'd swing by later that day and checked it out for me and told me it was just old and slow but still in perfect working order. He smiled again and said to call him anytime.Thanks for the great.

Dropped my tv off last Saturday, paid $75 troubleshooting fee and was told that I would be called Wens with a repair estimate. never heard from anyone. Called Saturday a week later, no answer for 10 rings, finally the phone was answered and was told by someone that he had no idea but would call his father and call me back soon......

Dropped my electronics equipment off for repair, paid a $35 up front estimate fee and was told I would be contacted within 1 week. So far it's been a month. No one has looked at my equipment and no one at the store can tell me when it will be looked at.

I used this company a couple of times when I had electronics go bad and they are always very honest. If they think it will be more than the cost of a new unit they say so. Or if it is just a small repair and can be done for much less than a new unit they will repair. Very satisfied with their work.

We bought a TV stand here. And, they have a fantastic (for a charge) service that comes out and sets up your video and audo system correctly, even if you bought the items elsewhere. I will be using Kelly's for future TV and stereo needs.

This Shop is Very professional and the price is reasonable, the repairman did a great job and he was very nice. i recommend this repairman to any body looking for a honest, and great repair. I will come back soon.

Repairman (Andre) was punctual and very courteous. Explained the problem to me so I could understand it. I was laid off and can't afford the repair on my piece'o garbage Samsung, but still gave me great advice on what I should purchase next. Highly recommend these guys!

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I turn a tv in to their shop in Feb. and was told I will be called in two weeks. It never happened. I repeatedly call and don't get any status report what so ever. I stop by the shop for a face to face and they tell me two more weeks. Two weeks pass and I repeat the previous process. Now they say they ordered parts. Skipping ahead to April of the same year I call again and they tell me my television is finally ready for pick up. One problem...they never called me to o.k. the repair. Who doesn't call to get approval on a 230 dollar repair (on top of the 130 dollar deposit)? I then proceed to pick the television up and take it home, plug it in and....you guessed it...no worky. I take it back and ask for a refund and they say that Kelly's doesn't do refunds. Do you believe that.....I can't get my money back for work they didn't do.Avoid this place or you'll regret it.

The man who worked in our house took time to clean everything when he was done and spent time explaining how everything worked.

I+ve been taking electronics to Andre, the owner and technician, for many years. I recommend him without reservation. He is honest, reliable, skilled, extraordinarily knowledgeable and a good storyteller to boot. He+s kept my 1980s equipment running reliably and he handles the 21st century stuff equally well. He can handle almost anything electronic, from the newest flat-screen TVs to pre-transistor (electron tube) equipment! He+ll tell you right away if he can+t fix an item and, because he loves to fix things and has been doing it for decades, he seldom has to say +No.+ His prices have always been reasonable, something remarkable in these days. The icing on the cake is this: he+s not only good at what he does, he+s trustworthy.

An appointment was booked for 8 to 9 on a saturday morning. I finally called at noon and was told they had no idea /could not contact the tech. I called the following Monday to rebook. No effort was made to work with my schedule. Decided to go with a different service.
