Horrible, rude, unethical people. My car broke down on the side of the freeway/exit ramp and was towed by these guys.

The owner said he would take a while to get there because he didn't like my attitude (I said, "It would be nice to know where your located" ..it was a serious request). He also made it a point to let me know he was a WSP contracted company and that I had better change my tone or else!!! (He'd call the WSP on me... well that would be great... maybe they could give me the address of your towing company!)

When we got to the impound lot his wife was equally rude and charged us a full day "storage" when our car was there less than 1 hour. We were charged $90 for "after hours". This is two days of storage fees. I get it, you need to make money, but why be so rude and threatening??? You have my car, clearly you have the upper hand.

I never write reviews but felt compelled because these were rude people with zero customer service & questionable pricing practices.
