Provided by SuperpagesI went to your store in Northtown to help my granddaughter return a necklace that her ex boyfriend bought her. They broke up and he tried to get her back with the necklace. When trying to return it we were told we cannot return it because he purchased it with a Kays credit card. What difference does that make? I/we will never shop in your store again and will encourage our friend to do the same. Very poor customer service
