My husband wanted to surprised me with a new ring. We went to Kays and I fell in love. We put the ring on layaway as they were going to be having a 10% off sale soon. I happened to find the same exact ring online thru a competitor for $300 less expensive. Kays does price match, however they said this was too low to match and just said they'd refund our money. Which was ok, however we had just opened a credit card with them so we wanted to purchase it there. Needless to say we walked out without the new ring. What was to be an exciting ring shopping experience was crushed. Horrible management staff.
