This is in response to Wendy T'S review ..we at kashs carpet let our customers know first thing that we provide a list of experienced independent installers these installers work out of every store in the valley and also anchorage, we are not and never have been responsible for installs we provide the material and it is 100% up to the customer on who to use for installation and any problems that occur are strictly the installers responsibility

They ALL lied to me about EVERYTHING! They didn't provide me with the right trim that I asked for and I explained to them that I have infloor heating and they punctured nails, staples right through my flooring causing mass water damage not to mention I now dont have heat and they are refusing to fix the problem and leaving me with a molded screwed up water damaged floor and no heat for my little girl, how dare you people! NEVER do business with them! They have zero customer service and yelled at me and hung up on me!
