Oil change, tire rotation, and computer download. I have been in the waiting area for 3 hours and counting. Just got an update and they said it may be another 30 to 45 mins. I will never ever be back!

I am very upset with Karl Chevrolet and will be sharing my experience with family/friends and recommending that NO ONE take their car to Karl Chevrolet for service. I have a 2010 Equinox that was purchased from Karl Chevrolet less than 3 years ago. I have put 24k miles on the vehicle during this time. The transmission has been slipping, Karl Chevrolet told me they "started tearing it apart" and discovered an "internal transmission issue" which would result in repair/replacing the transmission at a cost of 5-6k. I took my car elsewhere for a 2nd opinion amd was dumb founded to discover Karl Chevrolet never "tore it apart" and I did not have an "internal tranamission issue" instead, I needed transmission fluid and had a leak in a coolant hose. How dare Karl Chevrolet lie to cheat their way out of money, I will NEVER go there or buy another car from them again! They need to be reported to the better business buero for this so they cant do this to other people!!

Very bad service

I purchased a so called certified pre-owned duramax and have had nothing but problems with it the rear brake pads were bad and all they would do for me was to charge me over $200 for pads the transfer case and injectors went out in to weeks all they would say is thats not under our warranty the air filter was old and had ben made into a mouse nest so you cant tell me they looked this thing over certified i dont think so
