Since 1994, Karate America has provided expert instruction in the martial arts. From group lessons for children and adults to competition training, our staff is available seven days a week for those interested in bringing physical activity and self discipline into their life.

We offer lessons, workshops and seminars in the following styles:

• Doce Pares Eskrima
• Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (bjj)
• Mixed Martial arts (mma)
• Okinawan kobudo
• Boxing
