I have had a lot of visits lately at the Super Dentist in east lake and I would have to say I got the best nurses and doctors for reals they are all super nice very informative just all the way around great visits thank you !

I DO HAVE TO SAY THAT THE SERVICE WAS GOOD AND THAT THE OFFICE WAS VERY CLEAN AND FUN FOR THE KIDS. WHAT GOT ME UPSET UP TO THE POINT OF NEVER, NEVER, EVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE WAS THE WAY THEY PRACTICE THE CHARGES. I ASKED AT LEAST 5 TIMES THE SAME QUESTION OVER AND OVER TO THE PERSON THAT ASSIT ME AND MY HUSBAND ON THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE WORK THAT MY 2 KIDS NEED IT. THE EXTRA CHARGES WERE $539.00 SINCE THEY SAID THAT MY INSURANCE WAS GOING TO COVER. MY QUESTION TO THEM WAS "IS THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES?" THE LADY THAT HELP ME SAID "NO". EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE SEEM HIGH, ME AND MY HUSBAND AGREE SINCE WE WERE THERE ALREADY. WELL A FEW WEEKS LATER A GET ANOTHER CHARGE BY MAIL FOR AN ADDITONAL $425.00 DOLLARES AND I CALL THE DR'S OFFICE JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THE WORK WAS DONE AND THE CHARGES WE HAD TO PAID. I WAS SO UPSET AND BECAUSE I DON'T WANT MY CREDIT TO BE AFFECTED, WE PAID. DO TO THE UNPROFESSIONALISM FROM THE DR'S OFFICE, I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN OR RECOMEND THIS DENTISTS TO ANYBODY. AFTER THE FACT I TOLD MY MANAGER SINCE HE GOT ALSO A BILL FROM A DENTIST WITH THE SAME STORY AND OUR SURPRISE WAS THAT IT WAS THE SAME DENSTIST OFFICE.

She has a great office but can be very busy. You just have to have time to wait and not expect to be in and out. She excepts alot of insuranse plans. She is great with the children. All my kids Love her and her ASSOSIATES. SHE OFFERS ALOT OF WONDERFUL FUN STUFF FOR THE KIDS.

While I think her work is ok, I am offended that she refers patients to her partner and husband, Kami Hoss, for braces without disclosing their relationship. But considerably more offensive and alarming is her participation and involvement in events leading to Kami Hoss' arrest and being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of one of three young ladies that Keri and Hoss met at a bar and invited to their hotel room at the Long Beach Hyatt Hotel on May 28, 2000; the use of illegal drugs (estasy) was cited in the newspaper accounts. See Union Tribune archives for more on the event and his arrest. This makes Dr. Keri unacceptable to me, professionally and morally. It's galling that they sponsor all kinds of family events such as the shopping area Halloween occasion, in obvious contrast to their questionable activities.
