Madhu Kalra's Customer Service is absolutely horrible. After agreeing to help with the collection efforts of a judgment, she asked us to find the account information of the defendant (which a good attorney should have done automatically for his/her customers). After paying a third party firm to obtain that information, we submitted it to her and were told that the matter should be resolved shortly thereafter. After FOUR months of going back and forth with her staff, we just found out that she hasnt done a damn thing to fill out the forms needed for the Sheriff to collect the money. She then has the audacity to tell me that "collection efforts are not my expertise and I have been busy with other clients and that I would appreciate it if you would release me." What kind of crap is that??? Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Stay away from this one!
