Provided by YP.comI have been dealing with Kaiser for 2 years for a hip problem. In 2014 of July I went into the office for hip pain. The doctor said I have sciatica so I went along with it . After six months I wasn't getting better so he sent me to physical therapy. The therapist sent a message to my primary care for ex rays. Again instead of that they sent me to spinal boot camp. After about 4 sessions they put me out. Now its been over a year and I finally went to see a specialist. He looked at a old ex ray and seen that my hip was messed up so he orders a new set of pictures. He calls and informs me that I need a hip replacement. This is in July of 2016. They set up a appointment for Sept 9. Then on Sept they send me a message cancelling the appointment. Next appointment is on Oct 27. Finally they tell me that I am on a six month waiting list. Meanwhile my wife is diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and they haven't even started to treat her. I asked for a earlier surgery date but they don't care about peoples lives just the money and I have the best Kaiser insurance so they told me no. Save your life and go some other place but Kaiser.
