I had an encounter with Marty (Service Rep)on 6/23/09 he was condesending,rude,obnoxious and argumentative. He was entirely inappropriate with his dialogue-- informing me that he is finishing up a degree in Computer Science! As a consumer and a customer of Kachina Cadillac (which I will NEVER again be) working with the customer with an even temper and without arrogance takes some effort. It is easy to be an ass. Marty has NO class. He has NO tactfullness. He may be nearing his degree in Computer Science but a degree doesn't pay the bills.... he has to find someone that will employee him or he will need to begin a business of his own which will NOT be successful with his current arrogant attitude! Because the poor soul doesn't have the basics!! DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED A CADILLAC AT KACHINA CADILLAC OF SCOTTSDALE AZ.
