I like the selection of Kaady Appliance. Both stores have friendly customer service and are not pushy. They are very informative and helpful. I would recommend this store.

Great prices on repairing appliances. We had our stove and freezer worked on. They came on the same day we called.

The first red flag was that they were not open during advertised business hours. We drove from Hillsboro to Gresham. We called them days later and they offered to give a discount if we came back in. We did go in and bought one of their rebuilt side-by-side refrigerators. I did have to haggle a little with them on the discount. They tried to offer me free delivery for the discount; although, their adds say "FREE DELIVERY" It was delivered two days later without a filter and the ice in the door would not work. We called them several times over the next few days. The person I needed to talk to was, conveniently, never there. We left several messages and even a voice message at closing time, when the owner was supposed to be there; advising him that if we didnt hear back, we were going to dispute the charges with the bank. We heard nothing from Kaady's. We did dispute the charge with the bank. BUYER BEWARE !!! THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!
