I have been taking martial arts at various locations for over 15 years, when I found Master Ko's studio here in Overland Park, KS I found a home. Master Ko teaches a very disciplined style of traditional Taekwondo with a little bit of Hapkido thrown in. The classes, and most importantly the classmates are all very uplifting and make me feel like I am accomplishing something. I have grown tremdendously over the past several months and I owe it all to the Ko's staff for working with me on the pieces of myself that I was missing. If you are searching for martial arts, just want to get inshape, or looking for something new and different to try I would definately suggest any of the Ko's Black Belt Academy locations.
