Just Right installed a new furnace, a/c, and hot water tank for us. We were really impressed with talking to Tom first at a home show, then at our house when he gave us the estimate. He did a complete work-up with calculations to ensure that we were getting the correct sized system for our house size. Being such an expensive purchase, we wanted to get it right. We got estimates from two other companies and decided that not only did Just Right come in at the lowest estimate for the same equipment, but they exuded confidence in their product and service.The installers came in and wore booties and laid down tarps to protect our carpets. Mike's comment was, "We are here to improve your house, not cause more damage." The work was done professionally, the equipment was installed cleanly--no sloppy work, and the technicians (Jordan, Mike and Jason) were all friendly and courteous.Our only complaint lies in their timeliness. We were told it would take two days to do the job and that they would arrive between 9-9:30 am. The first day, they arrived at 10:00 am. Half way through the job, I was informed that they had double-booked and was wondering if I would be willing to push the second day back one day. I had already scheduled time off of work for this, so I told them I could not. They called their boss and then told me that one of them would go to the other job, while most likely one would come back the next day with another technician around 9:30 am. They stayed until 7:30 pm. The next day, I waited until 10:15 am to call the office to see where they were at. I was informed it would be about another 15-20 minutes, as they were purchasing supplies. Finally at 10:45 am I see the technician arrive. It was a new person without any of the previous technicians. Thankfully they had brought him up to speed, but it was still necessary for him to orient himself to what had been done and also for me to restate our desires about certain things. He ended up staying until almost 9:00 pm to complete the job.I applaud the technicians' hard work, as they did not take any breaks (lunch or otherwise) the whole time. They cleaned up very well after themselves. Had they been on time, they would not have had to stay so late into the evening, ruining both our evening plans as well as their own. In addition, the changing of technicians halfway through the job was unsettling as a customer.Despite this inconvenience, overall I would DEFINITELY recommend Just Right Heating & Cooling. They've been a wonderful company to do business with!

Just Right used unheard of Customer Service! They used boot covers to protect my floors as well as carpet covers. I completely trust this company and will use them again.

We had another company come out who told us the part to our furnace wouldn't come in for 3 weeks! Just Right had the part on their truck! Our furnace was up and running that night.
