Very good service I was please with my hair...thanks just braids

I had an appointment with the owner of the salon for box braids. Initially the appointment started off good. She got started immediately and was quick. Within an hour a walk in cane in and requested micros this is when it took a turn. I was ask to get up and have a seat in her daughters chair and wait til her daughter arrives to finish my hair which I waited 45mins for her. Once she started within a hour she told me she had to go pick her son up....... At this point I was beyond annoyed. The walk in appointment was damn near finished and I was there an hour before her on top of that she went to get something to eat which I would have thought the owner would have tried to finish my hair no not at all. Now another hour had past and I'm still waiting so I decided to go get myself something to eat as well when I mention that she had the audacity to ask me to leave the payment there which she did not request from her walk in!!!!!!! I went ahead to leave and after 30mins I returned still the daughter had not so I'm still waiting. Finally after another 15 mins she returns. After another 3hours she finished my hair mind you my appointment was at 10am which I was 10 mins early for I did not get out of there til 6. Annnnnd my box braids looked more like micros... Never again nor do I recommend these unorganized establishment!! Oh and the rat the ran out of the restroom didnt help either!!!!! STAY AWAY

The best hair braiding salon in the state!!!!

I went to the shop with picture in hand as to how I wanted my hair. Of course I was assured that she could do it; just simple twist in a bob shape. Well when she finished it was NOTHING like the picture and I got a ton of excuses. Well your hair is too long, the twists only look small because they're new; give it a week or two, etc, etc. A week or two passed and the style ( if I could call it that ) still looked horrible. I would not recommend them nor will I ever go there again. If she couldn't get it right with a picture then I don't know what it would take. HORRIBLE!!!!

I had an awful experience at this shop. I got pixie braids and they told me they could catch my hair but couldn't , so my braids were very thin and some spots did not have braids at all. I spent 180 dollars, for an awful job. I cried because it was so horrible, and they refused to do it over.
