I would never recommend this business. There is a ZERO return/refund policy which they do not feel the need to mention while you are in shopping. The bra I purchased itched some while I was in the store. I had one associate tell me that it was probably starch and would wash out. Another said that it might be the material. I went home and tried it on the next day after showering and my skin turned bright red. I immediately went to return it--tags still on within 24 hours. I was told I should have known better and that there was a no refund whatsoever policy. The sales associate would not document my attempted return of the merchandise nor would contact the manager for me. Customer service after the sale is non-existent.

Do not make my same mistake by listening to the sales people here. I am out $120 with no bra to wear.

Used to be wonderful. Tambi is an artist. Now staff is unprofessional and seems uncommitted. Last time there were several screw-ups - forgetting to order items, having trouble locating them in the store when they finally arrived, and more. I returned however, hoping things would have improved.Same staff as last time.I arrived promptly and waited 20 minutes before being shown to a dressing room. There was just one fitter available. At that point, there were three other customers, either for their appointments or being served without an appointment. And there were some phone calls, three of which, though short, sounded like personal calls.I was planning to buy six bras and a replacement prosthesis, but finally left at one o'clock without having been successfully fitted into anything.The store has a great selection, but is obviously in need of more staffing committed to excellence.

Highly recommend this store. What a great selection, size range and staff. I never knew that bras came in all these sizes and they even come in colors!!! They are not expensive. Pleasant and helpful staff that cared about what I wanted. Definitely going back for nursing bras later.
