In my practice I utilize a variety of therapy techniques derived from theories and research on cognition, behavior, emotions, and substance use. Treatment is focused on the needs and goals of the client although input from others is used as well to identify effective and obtainable goals. Mental health has been a passion of mine for as long asking Clients! I can remember, well before post high school education, and I have worked over the past 13 years to learn and grow in this field.
