Poor Response by Always Happy - 08/28/2009They did the work which was alright. However, during the work, they used some of our equipment. They took some of the equipment and never came back to replace what they took, they said they would. Called for them to come back out to finish some small touch ups, called us back once, but still never came back out. Once they got their money that was it, shows they just care about the money and not the customer. Would not recommend them to anyone else.

BAD WORK by Not Happy - 05/04/2009Will never Use this company againBAD BAD BAD jobWas told it would take 4 day to rebuild my front porch Wall and install new concrete stairs, the job lasted 12 days. After they poured the concrete stairI checked them and they had made they all different sizesone was 13� another was 12 and still another was 11�They Where not even the same sizes on both ends one side was 13� the other side of the same step was12� all where off by more then a 1/2 inch The concrete was not level anywhere and it rained that night I ask them to cover them but they didn�t.In the morning, I noticed that the concrete had all thesedips in it and the water was running and pooling Every place All the water was running and stopping at the wall of the house. they mixed the red tuck point mortaron the side of my house concrete Walk way did not lay a tarp onit so now my concrete walk way has red die spots all over itThey where very messy left concrete stains everywhere on my front door window screens ect.
