I have been a mediator since 1996 and believe that mediation is a much better way to resolve the disputes that arise in family law and divorce than taking cases to court. In the family law area, I particularly enjoy helping couples complete adoptions, prenuptial agreements, and domestic partnership agreements for unmarried partners. I have also handled numerous probate cases, including guardianships and conservatorships, and can prepare useful planning documents such as powers of attorney, simple wills and advance directives.
