I went to eat an early dinner with my children and my sister and her toddler. My mom and niece met us there. We all sat together and when the waitress came to take our order my mom asked for a separate ticket for her and my niece. My sister and I said we could have our bill together. The waitress said she could not separate the tickets. So, we ordered. Our waitress was rude and short with us. The food was average at best, we were disappointed. My family has eaten at Jorges since the restaurant was on Northern in the 80's. When our bill came the waitress added herself a 20% gratuity. Really?? Tipping for a service is not required! It is earned! You tip because you received good service! We didn't want to pay that, because we didn't receive good service! The other wait-staff and some guy from the kitchen came out yelling at us that it was the owners rule. Well, that behavior is unexceptable! Large parties beware!

It is the BEST mexican food restaurant in Pueblo. There is really nothing else to say. Great food and service!
