Have used them a few times and always found that they were honest and very knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed home and commercial machines perfectly and in a timely manner. Would definitely use again.

I found Vern & Theresa to be very helpful in the purchase of my new brother machine and gave me a good price. They are very knowledgeable of the whole Brother line of machines. I drove from Butte, Montana which is over 500 miles to purchase from them and know if I need help they are there to serve you. They even took my old machine to sell for me. I really don't know of any where that you can be treated as well as you are at the Johnson Sewing Center in Nampa, Idaho.

I was pleased with Johnson"s Sewing Center. I took my machine in for a "check-up" and tension problem. They were friendly and courteous. They made you feel at home. When I picked up my machine they showed my example how the machine worked and I learned I had some variety in sewing stitches!!!! I will not hesitate is take my machine back to them in the future.

I have a Viking 500 sewing machine and was pleased to know that Johnson's Sewing Center services Viking Husqvarna, as well as most other brands.* Price-Competitor charges $59.95 for tune-up service, Johnson's charges $44.95 for service (also providing a 10% discount coupon through the Dexknows website).* Fast Service-I brought my machine in on the Wed. before Thanksgiving and picked it up on Friday....wow, it only took them one day to service onsite. I was told it would take 1-2 days and they really delivered.* Great Results-My machine sews like it's brand new. Perfect stitching and tension.Thank you, Johnson's. I highly recommend your great service!

I want the Public to know how much I appreciate Johnson's Sewing Center. I have now purchased two machines from them with wonderful service. When in a bind at Xmas time last year on a project, they encouraged me to come to the Shop and use their demo machine while Vern repaired my Brother Machine. That to me is way above what most Businesses will do and their prices on Machines, Service and Repairs is the lowest I found when we moved here. Outstand A+ Business to deal with. I now want their smaller machine to take to classes.

Great service. We have done business with this establishment for years and have always had excellent service and attention. We recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on sewing machines or in need of expert repair. Not only is it a great establishment with which to do business, but Vern Johnson and his wife, Theresa, are fine people who put friendship and service above business.
All my sewing machine needs done here

I am very glad I took my machine to Johnson's. They fixed my machine asap and he told me right up front that it maybe a problem he could not fix because of the manufacture of my machine. But it wasn't and he did get it fixed. I will take all my sewing machine problems to Johnson's.

Johnson's Sewing Center is by far the absolute BEST! I first took my old Singer machine in that had been messed up by someone else, Vern worked tirelessly trying to fix it, he called me and said that he just couldn't fix it, that the damage done by the other repair person was just too extensive, he worked on it for 3 hours trying to fix it! I then bought a used machine from a private party, it had a sticker on the side that Johnson's Sewing Center, was the last one to service it. I have continued with that service. I bought an "on consignment" used embroidery machine. I had problem after problem with it. Theresa, offered me an upgraded model that they had a no extra cost. Before they would let me take it, Vern went through it to make sure all the adjustments were correct. Then I had lessons on how to use it. They have always answered any questions I had and are always happy to see your projects. I would HIGHLY recommend Johnson's to anyone and everyone! They are the BEST!
