I do not have a probably with the doctors but their receptionist suck. I called to see if they could fit me in to see my doctor. They told me they would cll me right back and le me know something ok I called at 9:30am and they didnt call me back until 4pm hen they called back they said they would call me in the moring and let m know something so I waited all day for tem to call at 4pm and tell me again that they call me back. I told them to forget it I would wait until my regular appointment.Well my regular appontment came they called me ad told me Im sorry we will half to push ur appointment back because we have two of u schdule at the same time so I had to wait until 1pm to see my doctor unstead of 11am. ok well got to see the doctor. She had me to sign some papers to get a tuble done and she told me to stop by the receptionist and schdule the appointment. I sto at the receptionist desk to schdule the appointment and the receptionist told me they would call me t schdule one. well its been a month and still no call. My doctor even wrote me out some depression medicine for them to call in for me brecause I have postpartum depression I havent seen it yet.
Customer service, anyone?

I do not have a problem with their doctors, but their customer service has been a disaster in the past week. My wife has attempted to contact one (of four) of her doctors on multiple occasions, and she has been hung up on, left on hold, and never called back, even after being told that they would call her back. This has been spread out over multiple instances within 14 days. Meanwhile, my wife has had a serious infection and hasn't been able to get in touch with anyone at this office outside of scheduling an appointment. We have ended up going to the hospital twice to get the infection taken care of, and we are still struggling to communicate with this office.Again, I don't have necessarily any negative words against their individual doctors, but this office's ability to communicate and assist us has been a joke. I have been seeing Dr. Amy Carillio for almost 3 years now and she is by far the best OB/GYN I have ever had! She is very personal and remembers specific details about me as a person without having to look at my chart. I have gone through 1 pregnancy and 3 surgeries with Dr. Carillio and I trust her expertise. She is very thorough and is not afraid to get a second opinion or send me to another doctor if my issue is beyond her area of expertise. Dr. Carillio defiantly treats you as a PERSON, not a patient...a quality that is very hard to find these days!

I'VE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE 1996 AND NOT ONE TIME HAS IT BEEN AN UNFREIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CARING AND WILLING TAKE THE TIME TO SIT DOWN AND ASNWER ANY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE. EVEN DURING CHILDBIRTH, DR HINTON WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND ENCOURAGING! IT'S TRULY WORTH IT TO BE A PATIENT THERE! YOU WONT REGRET IT! I'M HOPING FOR ONE MORE CHILD :o)
D & C Procedure

I WAS REUIRED TO HAVE A D&C DONE BECAUSE I HAD A MISCARRIAGE. I SAW DR. EVA PICKLER SHE WAS VERY NICE SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME, HOW THE PROCEDURE WAS DONE, THE KIND OF TOOLS THAT WOULD BE USED, AND ALSO HOW LONG EVERYTHING SHOULD TAKE, AND PLUS THE WHAT COULD HAPPENS. I HAVE CHANGED DOCTORS NOW I WILL BE SEEING DR. PICKLER INSTEAD OF DR. GREEN. I HAVE GONE TO DR. GREEN FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS HE DELIVERED MY SON. BUT THE LAST ITIME I WENT TO HIM HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY SYMPOTHY HE JUST BRUSHED EVERYTHING OFF.
