Dr. Truman Johnson began his private practice, Contemporary Periodontics PC in September 1998. Dr. Truman Johnson graduated from the University of California San Francisco Dental School in 1992. He completed his residency at the Veterans Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota and went on to complete his Periodontal certificate at the Univeristy of Nebraska-Lincoln with his Master's thesis received from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 1996. Dr. Johnson worked for a large practice in Rochester, Owatonna and Red Wing, Minnesota before choosing Cedar Rapids as home.
