Disappointed and Irritated

We were not pleased with the service that we received from both Dr. Johnson and his staff. Our issues were that they waited a very long time to send us a bill after insurance paid their part and also not letting us know that they were not covered by our dental plan. They also seem to wait a while to send a bill after a considerable amount adds up. I wrote a check out for $254 on 23 Oct 2012 and they didn't process it until 7 Jan 2013. They gave us some excuse about personnel and system changes but that's really not good enough when it keeps happening. It also felt a little awkward when the dentist was working on our son's teeth. It seemed like he didn't have a lot of experience with kids or patience; it made my husband and I kind of uncomfortable.
