Johnny's Dock is located in the heart of downtown Tacoma, on the Thea Foss waterway across from the Museum of Glass and near the city center's hotels, theater district, Tacoma Dome and other nearby attractions.Johnny's Dock Restaurant and Marina has been serving up delicious and delightful food for over 50 years. We feature the finest of steaks and seafood in a warm environment.
Deck seating is available during the summer and our inside seating offers the best of views.
For the weekend early risers, we offer our Bartender's Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All of these breakfasts include coffee, tea or juice, as well as Johnny's highly acclaimed private recipe coffee cake. Please see our menu for the various options.
You are also welcome to join us for Johnny's Dock Yacht Club meetings on Monday through Friday from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Select house wines, domestic beers, cocktails and more are served during this time of relaxation.

Great for any occasion! by Mrs. Goddess - 08/27/2009With the assistance of Bob the waiter, my fiance' recently proposed to me at Johnnys Dock! My ring was presented to me on a plate along with some beautiful flowers. It is a long time favorite for us to spend happy hour on the deck, or relax on a Sunday to some fine jazz. We have enjoyed a New Years Eve or two there as well. With the great view and service, we would recommend it to anyone!
Johnny's Dock by jestor1 - 01/11/2008For the last 3 years I have either hosted a Christmas Party for a group of friends at Johnny's and the entire group has raved about the food the service and the atmosphere. My wife and I always enjoy an occasional late night dinner at Johnny's. I would rate it one of the top 2 restraunts in Tacoma, based on the quality of food, service and atmosphere.
Good seafood by Best - 10/30/2007Johnny's always has great seafood and steaks on the menu. They have a pretty spot for viewing the surrounding marina. Several times, my husband and I have used a coupon from the paper for dinner for two which has been a great deal. We love Johnny's early bird, too!
