unprofessional

i called this company for my water heater that wasnt working properly. They told me a technician would be out that day. At the end of the day they called and said they were sorry but could not make it out until the following morning and i would be the first stop. That morning i recieved a phone call from the technician who told me he was on his way but had one stop in between. Furthermore wanted to quote me on parts or replacement before even looking at my water heater. (this call took place at 8:47 am) at 1:45 pm i called the technician to see when they would be out and told me they werent coming I was outside of their service area when i had told them where i lived when i first contacted them. They didnt even have the courtesy to inform they would not be coming. I found the whole experience completely unprofessional.
