Josiah Willard Hayden Recreation Centre is a private, nonprofit corporation that provides a wide range of recreational, athletic and social activities for the youth. In addition, a special adults program is offered to residents over age 18 years and to employed adults. The center s facilities includes a swimming pool, gymnasium, weight training room, auditorium, activity rooms and an athletic field for the various programs offered throughout the year. Its John P. Chase Skating Facility has an indoor full-sized ice surface with a full range of programs, including all levels of instructions and general skating sessions. The center offers various activities, including candle making, ceramics, cooking, cartooning, painting, knitting and karate. Josiah Willard Hayden Recreation Centre is located in Lexington, Mass.
