If you want headaches and horrible customer service then buy a pool from Ordinis. Check their unsatisfactory rating by the Better Business Bureau. http://dc-easternpa.bbb.org/codbrep.html?wlcl=y&id=80001609 They do not deliver on what is promised. You will pay much more than the original quote. all hidden expenses after they tear your yard apart they will say you need this and that. $30,000 turns into $40,000 easy.

We have an A+ rating with BBB. You do not stay in business for over 40 years as we have by not delivering what is promised so I am curious as to you situation even though this is a few years old.
