Our KitchenAid Dishwasher required repair. I called JMR and appointment was fast and on-time. John checked all attachments and clearly explained how this dishwasher works and the repair required. Explained repair cost estimate and later called to confirm costs, prices etc. He repaired Dishwasher when parts arrived ( 2 days ) and completed the job in under 30 minutes. Fast and efficient. (He also checked our refrigerator, helping to change a sticking water filter.) Very polite, personable and professional in manner and appearance. Cost was reasonable. Will definitely use them again for other appliance repairs

jon came out to my house to fix my fridge and found the problem quickly, we talked about the repair bill and it was very reasonable so i told him to fix it , he then went to his van and came right back with the parts he needed to fix it. it was so nice not to have to wait on the parts to be ordered thank you i will call next time something breaks
