Welcome to Jim's Steakhouse, Peoria's premiere steakhouse. We are located in downtown Peoria in the lower level of the Janssen building, near the Peoria Civic Center, the riverfront and all nearby venues. Our staff will strive to make your dining experience outstanding.

Jim's Steakhouse since 1960, is a fine dining restaurant known for its delicious dry aged steaks. In addition to steaks we also offer fresh seafood, veal, prime rib, chicken, lamb & pork. We offer an extensive wine and cocktail selection. Don't miss out on our fabulous dessert selections either!

We make special occasions even more memorable, but don't forget us for a nice meal anytime!


Be sure to have a look at our banquet room located on the 3rd floor to book your private party(up to 100). We would love to host your anniversary party, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, birthday or retirement party or whatever occasion you need us for! We also have a smaller room available for more intimate events.
