I've had good luck with this place for several years in a row. Jim does quality work at at fair price.

Unfortunately the lowest I can give is 1 star.



Jim's doesn't care about you, just your money.



Poor customer service and attitude toward "stupid" customers.



I will not be back, and I will tell everyone I know that they should not go to this "business"

I went to get Safety & Emissions done. Although there were several people ahead of me, they managed to squeeze me in and finish the inspection in 15 minutes. They told me my car didn't pass safety and then gave me a quote on how much it would cost to fix all the things wrong in order to pass. Their quote was BY FAR lower than any one around. They did a great job, and I will definitely be a return customer!!

I called and made an appointment. They were ready for me when I got there and were done in a few short minutes. Very friendly.

you where not told that it had too go manufacturer you where told it had too have battery tie down Jim's does not make the laws on safety on best fitting battery in the dealer. You got mad when told you it need one not where get it

I've been taking my cars to Jims Auto for years. They have always treated me fair, and done a great job taking care of my car problems. Highly Recommended!

Worst Experiance of my life!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional and rude. Went in to get Safety and Emissions done. I didn't pass because my battery wasn't tied down. The owner told me that he wouldnt pass me unless it was the manufacter part (which he was trying to charge for $40) They ended up scratching my car, had to call the cops and file accident report. Bought part at auto zone for $4 instead of the $40 he wanted. Took all day just to get the car inspected!

Rick at Jim's Auto has been my mechanic for over a decade and has saved me literally thousands of dollars. A college roommate said he was the Subaru guru of mechanics. He was working at a different shop then and when he moved into Jim's Auto I followed him there. I was a poor college kid and he knew that so sometimes he would just tell me how to fix things myself and even sent me home with some of his tools to do the job! Thanks to him I have learned to do clutches and even how to swap out Subaru engines and transmissions, but I wont do my own brakes :) I let Rick do that because I trust him way more than myself. Every time I make the mistake to go to another shop & they quote me for a ton of unnecessary work, I call him for a quote and he beats them hands down! I honestly wonder how he can stay in business with such low prices. Always fair and always honest, he even lets me watch them work so I can learn. He may be gruff on the outside but he is a big softy on the inside! Thanks Rick!

I have been going to Jim's for many years and they are always friendly and their prices have always been lower than other shops. I would highly recommend to everyone!!

Most of the reviews say that they are friendly, but I found them to be quite rude. Even though they list "Custom Exhaust" as a service, they do not do any custom work and they told me to go elsewhere before I could even explain what I wanted to have done. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

Can't say in words how much I would suggest you stay far far away from them. Once you've payed them for their work they don't care about you one wit. Doesn't matter if it falls apart a week later, its now your problem. You'd save time and money to let your daughter try and fix it, she'd do better and she'd be much more pleasant to talk to.
