In response to above- the owner called and claimed they actually did come in May to service my yard however, my backyard is still covered in leaves.

At first, we thought this company would be wonderful, but as time went on, they only disappointed. We were told that for an initial $200, our entire back yard would be cleaned up, including leaves bagged. After 4 visits, they did a good job trimming our trees and hedges, but the leaves remained. The company even continued to invoice us even though they hadn't bothered to show up for the month of May.
