Diamond Ring by Mother of Bride - 08/11/2009
Even with a receipt saying "PAID IN FULL" a bride is without her wedding ring. Married in April 2009 and the ring was brought in for two cleanings and then the main stone was loose and brought in for repair and when no contact was made regarding completion on the ring and the couple went in to pick it up, they were told they owed $$$. Untill it was paid they could not have it back. They have a receipt stating is was paid in full and the policy of the store is that nothing leaves unless PAID for. Well, guess what ? ? ? ? Revell still has the ring and won't return it until the amount of $$ is paid. Seems like there is problem somewhere and it's not with a valid receipt. I am a very upset mother of the bride and this rings means the world to her and Revell has just crushed her world. Very poor public relations. This ring was made for my daughter and after what Revell stated, thay had the nerve to ask my son in law if he wanted to sell it back to them. WRONG. This issue is not o
