If you are having work done on your car that is lasting more than a day, I recommend going to another mechanic in the area. I had my timing belt replaced here, and I was originally told the service would take a week. The owner said he would call me on Friday to update me on the progress. Friday came and went, and when I called on Monday I was told that the part was never ordered and that they would call me the following Friday. This happened 3 times (yes, my service was extended to 3 weeks from the original one week estimation), where I was given a day that they would call for me to pick up my car and then they would never call. I understand the length, but the issue is that they would never call to tell me the timeline was extended. On the second Monday that I called, I was told that "If I keep calling every day like this, they wouldn't ever be able to get the work done," which is condescending an unnessecary and completely untrue. The only time I called was when they missed their self-appointed deadline of calling me. Week 3, they call me on Friday morning to pick up my car. On the phone I ask if they also changed my snow tires, as I had asked a week ago. He told me yes. I drive to JH and when I walk in, they ask if I can wait an hour because they forgot to change my tires. I tell them no because I have a meeting in 30 minutes. The best customer service I receive during the whole experience is when they finally drop my car off at my office 4 hours later. If you are getting your oil changed, fine, go here if you must. But if you are looking for a mechanic that remembers the deadlines he sets for himself and actually communicates to you when plans change, don't go here. They are terrible.

The car broke down on the way to skiing, had it towed to JH Mountain because they said they could fix it that day....the estimated cost to fix the car was too high and they said the car would be ready on in 2 business days, we said thanks but no thanks and said we would tow it from there to a different place. They would not release the car unless we paid $250 in cash. Would never recommend this place. The worst place ever.

Kamil & his techs fixed our dually truck that we pull a fifth wheel with in very short time. Also, Kamil took time to show me how I should be driving where I won't have this problem again. Kamil is very conscious to his customers and giving excellent service. If I ever come back thru while on vacation, I will diffidently go to Kamil. Thanks, Kamil

We came into town on Saturday and they waited for us to bring our car and then fixed it on Sunday so that we could get back to our vacation. This is a very honest shop. The owner walked me through the issue and showed me the parts. I wish these guys were my mechanics at home.

We were over 700 miles from home when we had transmission and brake problems crossing the Loveland Pass. Kamil was like finding a friend who knew what to do. He couldn’t have been more hospitable and helpful to us while we waited for our Winnebago Rialta to have new rotors installed. He understood our need to get back on the road as soon as possible and without undue expense. He even parked our RV so we could use it while they worked on it. Thank you, Kamil!

I cannot say enough great things about JH! Our fuel pump on our Escalade went out at 4pm on the Friday before 4th of July weekend. We made it to Silverthorne (after 5 pm) and they looked at our car right away. The owner even offered my husband a beer, as we were obviously stressed out. The car was loaded and we had 4 young kids ready for a vacation! The shop called around for prices, gave us the estimate and even found us a ride to Vail, so we wouldn't miss any more vacation time. AND came and picked us up in Vail when the car was ready. We were SO pleased with the friendly service and great work! JH saved our vacation!
