I took in my iPad mini with a cracked screen (everything else worked fine) and dropped it off for repair. They were extremely busy but tried to get to me as quickly as possible and even tried to have the iPad ready that evening. When they disconnected the cracked screen, the metal connector that is built into the iPad's motherboard came up with the ribbon cable. They had to send it in to Apple to get the motherboard fixed. I do know that this was not their fault and that the iPad was older and possibly of a cheaper creation process. They shipped the iPad very quickly and got it back from repair in less than 1 week (shipped there, fixed, and returned). When I went in to pick it up, it appeared to work properly at first, but we noticed that it kept acting as if the home button was always pressed down. This again was not Jewelry Care Center's fault, as an actual Apple tech happened to make the mistake of catching a piece of it under the new digitizer. I thought it was going to be out of service again for another week or 2, but within 28 hours I received a phone call that they had fixed it themselves (JCC)! Sure enough I went to pick it back up and it has worked flawlessly so far. I always felt as though Asim was honest and professional, and his crew treated me with respect and took my concerns to heart. I know they wanted to fix my problem ASAP and they took a situation that could have turned horrific, and made it into a wonderful experience I will remember for always. Thanks for taking care of my iPad, and more importantly, my trust. That will not be the last time you see me in your store.
