The Perfect Attorney for my daughter! I was 2000 miles away and got the call my daughter had been arrested. Researching Attorneys in the area I was inspired to obtain Ms. Koester. She is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with. She explained process and was detailed in what to expect. My family retained the service...

My family retained the services of Ms. Koester during a very difficult time in which a family member was wrongly arrested and placed in jail. Ms. Koester was the only attorney to answer her phone immediately on a Saturday. Upon our initial conversation, I was immediately put at ease by her demeanor. She was sympathetic and personable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. She immediately went to work and began to investigate our situation. She went above and beyond any attorney I have ever worked with in the past. She maintained close contact with me and gave me regular updates. Despite most of the judges being out of town during that particular weekend, Ms. Koester remained determined and persistent. Her perseverance led to the release of our family member on a Sunday. Before our family member was granted release, Ms. Koester personally went to the jail and checked on the care and status of our family member. Her personal contact relieved much fear and stress for the loved one in jail. This kind of work ethic is no longer the norm. Ms. Koester sets an outstanding example that other attorneys should follow.

As a note, two other attorneys returned my phone calls later that day. Neither attorney ever mentioned the possibility of our family member having the potential of being released during the weekend. Both attorneys told me that we would have to wait until Monday.

Ms. Koester is an invaluable asset to Madison County. I would not hesitate to us her services in the future.
