At first we were very happy with the beautiful countertops and the price we paid, however, 4 years later our under-mount sink had become detached from the granite. Upon inspection we noticed that the sink was only mounted in the back at 2 locations, although there are 2 other places to mount in the front. This explains why the sink has come detached in the front. My mother has had an under-mount sink for 10 years that has never come detached, so I know that 4 years is an unacceptable time to need repairs. In addition, two messages have been left with Jesse Stone Inc., but I have yet to get a call back to discuss the matter and schedule repairs.
