Provided by YPmobileThe woman who I talked to in this shop was rude, she was not helpful, and called me a name when I calmly made a suggestion. Do not buy flowers from this shop.
In response to this review,first of all the lady placed an order with a credit card that was declined several times.We called her and left messages and made her aware of this with no response asking her to please call us back so we could process the order,still no response,we do not fill orders if the credit card is declined. When these ladies came into my store accusing me of not doing their order I calmly explained to them the card was declined that we made several attempts to contact them and it was not our job to hunt them down.I told one of the ladies not to be sassy after she rolled her eyes and accused me of not calling them enough, that is when she got into my face and verbally abused me and I told them to leave my store. thank You Jess
