I just had my first business with Jerrys and will be back. After recently moving to the area I wasn't sure who was decent so I just started calling around. The guy on the phone was quite helpful, the price was better and I could pull the part myself (rare where I use to live, maybe most in this area let you?) so I decided to give them a try. The part of the yard I walked through was clean and the vehicles organized. The office isn't a dump which is nice also. In just a few minutes I had my part pulled and didn't spend a fortune like a few other yards wanted.

I like Jerry's. For the most part, they always have the part that I'm looking for. And the priice isn't bad at all.

Jerry's Auto Salvage would like to respond to Erik T's review. This did happen as he wrote it but, it was during a time when we were switching computer systems and were unable to dismantle any vehicles because we can not take them apart until they have been inventoried and all fluids properly taken out. Now days this is all recorded in a computer system and all of our parts have to be entered in the system in order to sell them. So, it was just a really bad week for us and we apologize to Erik for the inconvience. We do strive to keep our customers happy and it was a time we fell short.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Not like your usual junk yard. Bought and inquired about several parts in the last 10 years or so. Never had a bad experience.

Absolutely horrible service!!! Called about a part on a Wednesday, was told it would take a couple of days to get it on the schedule to be pulled from the vehicle. Called the following Monday and was told they were changing over their computer system so they couldn't pull the part until the vehicle was inventoried and that it MIGHT be out sometime in the middle of the week. Completely unwilling to work with me and just said "That's the way the world is". Apperantly customer service is a thing of the past, just like a pen and a piece of paper to write down the information that they need for their "inventory". Will never buy another part from them again, no matter how much cheaper it is! Avoid at all costs!!
