Jensen's steals some of your meat without your knowledge

We picked up meat that Jensen's was cutting and packaging for us. The office manager (Eda) knowingly tried to give us the wrong order because another family had already been given our order. She wanted us to work out getting the orders correct with the other family. We also are missing approximately 30 pounds of meat from our order. When we called after we discovered the shortage, Eda tried to tell us we had to account for the weight of the head and then laughed off our complaint. The head is not part of the hanging weight that they base their cutting costs on. A statement like that from a meat processing manager leads me to believe that they knowingly shorted us on the meat. From 415 pounds of hang-weight, we only received 275 pounds of meat. This equates to a 33% loss, which is unusually high. It appears that meat has been taken from our order and not delivered to us. It is an unfortunate fact that people are free to have anything published on the internet, reguardless of whether or not it is factual. The claims made in the previous review are false and libelous! Jensen's has been in business for over thirty-five years. They haven't stayed in business by stealing meat from their customers or purposely sending out the wrong orders. Accusing them of stealing is a very serious accusation. One should have factual proof, not mere hypothesis, before leveling such an accusation. I suspect that this reviewer has very little knowledge in the area of meat prcessing. The management and employees at Jensen's are honest and do a great job. Give them a call if you have concerns or questions. They would be happy to talk to you.
