Chris, this is Julie Mattera, from what I understand on February, 1st 2019, you and your company Knowingly and willingly allowed my boyfriend to forge my signature on documents and legal DMV documents for tag and title. You told him to make sure he signed my name "signature" as close to mine as possible. I never contacted you, met you or allowed you in any way to allow my boyfriend to forge my signature on any documents for the purchase of a 2006 Chevrolet Impala. I have never met you to this day! I will be taking legal action against you and your company. On top of all this, you and your associates are now making it out to be my boyfriend's fault., like he did something wrong, You told him, witnessed him and allowed him to do this which is highly illegal on your part and that's according to what DMV has told me today, I will have a criminal Investigation started into your company, will Open up a case with the (BBB) Better Business Bureau with the dealings of contracts and how many customers you have done this to. I have already called DMV and let them know as well. I will pursue this to see to it that you lose your sales license and that you and all of your associates are held accountable for this highly illegal action that you witnessed and allowed.
