THE RESULTS I SAW WERE GOOD ENOUGH TO STAY ON A MAINTENACE PLAN WITH THEM! I USED THE MEAL PLAN AND FEEL GREAT. BY FAR THE CHEAPEST RATES IN TOWN..WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THE MEAL PLAN!
