Dr. Rich did not choose health care to help the Patient!!

by MS , 10/15/2014

My husband WAS a patient of Dr. Rich and has been dealing with ADHD. He is the only income in the household and was demoted from his job with a 20% cut in salary. Dr. Rich was aware. Needless to say Dr. Rich was not compassionate and fired my husband as a patient because he was unable to pay the bill because of financial struggles. He proceeded to scold my husband on the phone about his character and inability to pay. If he was a person suffering from major depression I am sure he would be facing a mental crisis after Dr Rich hung up on him (yes he hung up on him). You would think Dr. Rich would be more understanding considering economic problems he is well aware of....but it seems he is only compassionate when he gets paid. Dr. Rich you need to reconsider your specialty and why you chose your profession! BEWARE!

Dr. Rich is Professional and worth more than (one session) before judging!

by SRG , 07/25/2011

I guess it's a matter of opinion but I can say I am very happy with Dr. Rich; I'm surprised that others did not care for him. I have previously seen other doctors and never returned again until I met Dr. Rich he was the only doctor that I could truly feel comfortable talking about my anxiety and stressful life I really felt like he wanted me to feel better but I needed to understand it could take time and there was no such thing as a happy pill…. Dr. Rich is definitely worth seeing but patients need to be open and willing to see him more than once or even twice before deciding he is not for you. "Dr. Rich thank you for your understanding, professional time and treatment, thanks to you I can keep moving forward".

Session Disappointing

by Kenobiwon , 07/11/2011

Went to discuss depression with Dr. Rich after being referred to him. Very disappointed with session. No viable solutions and a large bill. Won't be going back.

Marriage counseling

by Broken Mother/Wife , 03/31/2011

I went to today to see Dr. Rich with my husband as I have been cheated on three times, mental abused, pushed around and treated like crap. So today I went in hoping that Dr. Rich would explain why I'm so hurt and depressed to my spouse and on the other hand he was making it seem like i had issues and the spouse was perfect. TOTAL SEXIST. Will never go there again
