I used to live in US for more 14 years, and I did not have any felony and conduct. However, I cross the border illegal in 07/1997. I had a good behavior, and I reported my taxes then stay out of the trouble. I have my wife who born in Mexico as me, and kids were 16 born in Mexico, 10 and 5 years old.The two young born in CA. I decided to come back to my hometown then I open a business 07/27/2011 (car-wash), Mexican mafia showed in my business to bribe me (08/2012). I scared because they showed with large arms and they were covering their faces. After 1 minute The Police passed by when this people were watching the cops from car-wash, then the cops did not stop. I did not know why?? then after 1 minutes passed another police car then this guys take off fast. Then the police car showed up, and they asked me if "we were ok". I say yes. Then asked me what kind of arms were carry? I told a large arms (Mexican army used), and the police man said” I do not followed them because I have a small arm to followed them" I told if he is able to stay here and he said "not I will pass in 15 minutes" they never showed again. I closed my business early for security then I drove back home, I am never seeing this just only on TV. I could not believe it that day my kids and wife went with me and saw it. They were afraid about it, and when I drove back home my kids asked me if those people will kill us, and I told their not just played. Next day, I try to go to the police station to record it, and then two lawyers told me do not go because you will have problems with this people. Maybe they are related. Then after two months they stared follow me when I was driving at home for more 5 months. I saw this, and I sold (04/2013) this business to avoid problems. After two weeks I sold the carwash, (05/2013) I received texts for some body and wrote me "why you took out it was not time to live and they said bad words to my wife and me. I decided to go the border then DHS caught me then I explained the problem with I have, and she told me " it is better to come back to your country" she did not give an opportunity to see immigration judge I decided to come back to Mexico city. I had removal for 5 year the date was 06/2013 for try to entry with other peppers. When I come back to the border I went to see a new business, the owner told me he wants to see because the Mexican mafia was followed him. Now I am still with anything to do because I am afraid to have another business in Mexico because it is unsafety. ". In October 2013 I received a phone call then He said my name is David I am called from Coacalco, Estado de Mexico, and do not forget the bribe ok I will call you later ok”. Mexican mafia tries to track me. On 12/2013 I received text to ask me for count and number. Another situation, For instance, my Mexican ID has different address like I live then my wife’s parents live there and others relatives cousin, aunt. Then 02/2014 somebody tried to kidnapping my wife’s cousin, but they could not do it. This person ran away into her house, and she escape from them. Another situation, 04/2014 somebody call to my mother house and one person say to her “ I am calling from caballeros Templarios and I need some money or an otherwise I will kidnapping one of your grandsons”” I got on shock when my mother told me about it. The worst part my kids were with her. Now I do not what to do I am feeling panic to go everywhere, so most of the time I am in my house and around. Acolman, Estado de Mexico where I live it became insecurity on last 4 months started cops shooting with Mexican mafia, and kidnapping people who burned and killed them. Before something happened I would like to back to USA to be security, and I do not want to happen to my family.
