took my Harley to them to fix it ,back head was getting to hot his Harley mech. HIs ace in the hole ,well this guy needs to go back to school .all my bike needed was a $15.00 part , this guy didn't know about the oil screen filter on top of nose cone next to cam cover , was plugged up . until I asked him about it he said what filter with a dumb look .they had my bikes heads all torn down and the jugs off . He had my heads in solvent for more than two weeks . that was good for them he never changed the valve seal or lap the valves . my exhaust was bad ,found a used exhaust for 80.00 from a 2010 road king his HD mech said they will work ,but did not know cat exhaust is not good for a bike with a carb . well almost lost my bike due to cherry red muffler , it was a never ending battle with this shop . john was only worried about building his bike. this place cost me 1400.00 to get bike back any oil leaks and not being able to ride my bike . over all I had to buy a new engine for my bike and installed it myself with friends ,well a used one with 14k on it another 1400.00 but fixing it myself I am riding now . hard to find a good shop .I would not take my lawn mower to this guy . In my book he owes me . It was a shop with no experience to have . there was some nice bikes there to bad they will never run again till got to a real shop and more money out of your pocket . his guy john will let any body with tool box work on your bike .this is not the place to take your bike ,maybe a weed eat but that will be a month before you get back . call john and how your bike coming . here's what is said waiting on parts he never ordered for your bike . I can keep going on but the deal I got from john was bad so beware ,go some where else you will be better off . it should be called J&J motorcycles repair (NOT HERE ) turn around and run I'll just take your money ,you will never ride bike agian

During my deployment, I wanted to get work done on my bike and I found J&J. They sounded really professional on the phone and was willing to work with my situation. I called to check on my status to ensure my bike would be ready for my return just to find out that John Pratt took all of my money and never touched my bike! I'm currently going through the steps of getting my money back using a lawyer.

This place sucks! They overcharge and rip you off! The owner John doesn't know anything about bikes! I walked in to ask a question and he had to call his tech to get the answer! How do you own a BIKE SHOP and know nothing about bikes?!? He sits behind a nasty counter which is cluttered with nasty stuff! It smells horrible in there when you walk in! Like an ashtray! Great way to run a business! I have also heard from others customers that John will tell him their bike will be ready next day and that turns into weeks and weeks and weeks! Apparently he lies about getting parts with customers' money when he really spends it on himself! I feel sorry for the employees there, I am sure they know what they are doing but they just got stuck with a dumba** for an owner!
